Here is what you can expect on a Time Out Day:
9:30am Welcome, Opening Prayer, Reflection/Meditation (around 45mins)
12noon Prayer (perhaps more reflection)
12:30pm Lunch
2pm Closing Prayer & Reflection
Between sessions everyone is invited to prayerfully reflect on the material presented by one of our retreat staff.
